Baker & McKenzie and Hunton & Williams Close Financing Deal on Thai Power Plant
Baker & McKenzie and Hunton & Williams have helped Thai National Power to reach a financial close on a new co-generation power plant in Thailand. Hunton & Williams acted for International Power, the UK company that owns Thai National Power, and the US$150 m financing was provided by the Bank of Ayudhya and Kasikorn Bank, advised by Baker & McKenzie.
